I skipped class to go to Metz with Dr. Moeller and Megan. We had a lot of fun. Took the train had lunch, explored the city. We went into a couple churches, found the public gardens, then had hot chocolate outside before we had to catch our train back to Nancy. It was a great time. Dr. Moeller is a smart women. I really like hanging out with her.
Wednesday 21
I saw Hunger Games today! It was so awesome! I got to see it 3 days before people in America! I had to see it in French, but I still understood most of the movie and it was FREAKING awesome!
Thursday 22
I meet with one of my language partners today. He was not very nice. He was condescending and thought he spoke English very well, but he did not speak that well. I do not think I will meet with him again. I have another partner who is very nice! After I meet with him, megan, adam, emily and I went down town to go shopping. I bought a red and blue dress from H&M. I love H&M here. it is so much better!
Friday 23
I had a great day in class today. My teacher gave us an assignment where we had to pretend we were on a boat that was sinking and only five people could be on the raft. My job was the doctor. I gave my speech and almost everyone voted for me, but Alexsander. Ugh this guy i do not like. I didnt vote for him because his speech sucked and he was useless. But i got on the boat!

today was my long day of class, but I later that night I went out for one of our French friends birthday, Celine. We all went to her house then left later to go to a bar. It was a lot of fun. We played a game called fluffy bunnies. You have to see how many marshmallows you can fit into your mouth and say fluffy bunny! I bet EVERYONE! I got 15 in my mouth! then I swallowed one and almost threw up.
Thursday 29
Megan and I meet up with Janelle. We went shopping. I found an awesome leather coat! I love it. It was a bit expensive but worth it! We had a really good time with Janelle, she invited us to her house warming party on Saturday.
Friday 30
Today we went to Dijon with Dr. Moeller. It was so much fun! She rented a car and we drove down there. We only got lost once! Dijon is beautiful. It is a small town but we found a lot of stuff to do. We had bought some mustard, and spiced bread. The church was so gorgeous. They were playing the organ when we walked in and it was hauntingly beautiful. We walked around to see the churches, their notre dame, the palais of justice, and the gardens. We had an amazing meal! I had beef bourguignon. It was one of the best meals I had since I got there! yum :)
The fair started today. They have set up a county fair in town and today was the first day! I went with Emily and her friend Charlie. We ate some food and went on the ferris wheel! It was so cold on top of the wheel, because it was so windy! Megan and i went to Janelles house warming party as well. It was okay. There so many french people and they had to do the kissing thing each time we meet someone new. Awkward. I hate those! We kissed like 20 people. But we had fun, Janelle's apartment is so cute!
