Paris weekend

Wow, I havent posted in a really long time, and I am sorry! I kinda forgot I had this blog! i have been so busy.  But as I promised before I left for Paris, I will blog about my weekend.  Sorry again! :(

On Friday 16th,
I woke up at 6am to get on my train.  The train ride and everything was okay.  I bought a metro 2 day pass, which I would recommend, if you are ever staying in Paris.  I found my way to the Hostel I was staying at and only got lost once! The hostel was very nice. I meet up with Libby and Christine and we decided to head out.  The first thing we did was the Eiffel Tower.

It was beautiful out! We had lunch by the tower then went to Versailles.  We had a little bit of excitement getting on to the train because we were not sure if it was the right one, but we got on to the correct train.  We all got into Versailles because we were all European Union Students.  That was awesome.  They also had some kind of exhibit going on about Napolian going on.  It was very cool to see. The gardens were open so we got to go see them.  It was so nice out I only wore my sun dress. I took off my sweater because it was so warm.

 After Versailles we went back to the Hostel because we were very tired.  We got ready for dinner then went out to see Sacre Coeur.  It is such a beautiful place! There are many gift shops along the way so we stopped and bought some souvenirs.  We sat down at the steps of Sacre Coeur to hang out and there were these boys behind us.  One was speaking English and he was telling the other how to speak to us.  We got up before they could and when we left they went AWWW.  haha too late suckers.  We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower lighting up! it was amazing.

 We had dinner at a nice place near our hostel.  I told Christine what she was ordering was Rabbit and cheese fondue, but it turned out to be a type of fish and rice with cheese sauce.  She liked it anyway, but I felt bad.  I had beef ravioli which tasted like they just dumped a can of Chef Boyardee in my bowl.

Saturday 16th
We all slept really well because we were so tired.  We went to the Eiffel tower so Libby and Christine could climb it.  They had a lot of fun, I waited at the bottom because I did not want to climb it because my mom and are going to climb it in June.  We went to Notre Damn after the tower.  It was so cold this day I just wanted to sit inside.  Christine and Libby got lunch then we headed to the Louvre.  I meet Uncle Eric at the glass pyramid.  Libby and Christine went to the louvre and I hung out with my Uncle.  We went to a restaurant and had lunch.  We went to a bar afterword.  I had a lot of fun! We hung out until I had to go to my train.
